Return policy

*Return Policy is subject to change without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to check the policy prior to making any new purchases.

Items may be returned (unused, unopened & in original condition) within 15 days of delivery for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Note that items not in unused, unopened & in original condition are not eligible for returns except manufacturer’s defect or shipping damage. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returns. Returns due to manufacturer's defect will not be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Due to hygiene reasons, all unsealed items are non-exchangeable nor returnable. 

Please understand that it is necessary to charge a restocking fee on returns in order to cover costs associated with filling and processing your order. Returns received after 15 days of delivery are subject to refusal depending on the situation. We sincerely appreciate your timeliness with returns or exchanges.

NOTE: All international sales are final. No refunds or returns are accepted including due to customs delays, holds, unclaimed packages or Import Fees beyond our control. If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original order purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.

Exchange policy

Items may be exchanged once (unused, unopened & in original condition) within 30 days of delivery for another size, color, or product. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges (including re-shipping charges for exchanged items). 

For hygiene purposes, all unsealed items are non-exchangeable. 

Clearance items (if applicable)
Items sold under "clearance" are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

Shipping Policy

Free shipping within Singapore is valid on orders of $100 or more, after promotions and discounts are applied. Packaging, taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement. Eligible customers must select this option during checkout in order to receive free shipping.

If you order contains 'Pre-order' items, your order will be shipped together when the pre-order items become available in stock and ready to ship.

If an item is returned due to an address mistake by the customer, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges to re-ship the item to the correct address. If the package is lost due to an address mistake by the customer, the customer will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier and the customer will not be given a replacement package. If the package is lost because of faults from the carrier, then Oh My Chinggu Pte. Ltd. will file a claim with the carrier and the customer will receive a replacement package.  If an item is returned due to the mistake of Oh My Chinggu Pte. Ltd, we will cover the shipping cost to re-ship the item.
